Jade's father has a new family |
I met my biological father for the first time when I was 19 years old.
I grew up with a stepfather from the age of 3. My stepfather started to have problems with alcohol when I was a teenager.
My relationship to him wasnÂ't good from the start and because of his problems it got worse.
My mother and my stepfather divorced then I was 19, and I didnÂ't have any contact with him after that. For some years ago he died in cancer.
My biolocical father and I, have never got to know each other properly. I realized that he also had problems with alcohol and dropped all contact with him. I felt that it was going to be too much for me.
I think that this have affected me to be the  person I am today. I have never been ashamed for not being loved. But I think that it has given me oidipal conflicts that I never have solved.
The lack of a father has given me difficulties to have good relationships to the opposite sex.
